Dating apps are often unavoidable — but not always enjoyable. Do you feel dating apps have helped you:

- Meet people you wouldn’t otherwise?

- Or left you feeling burned out and discouraged?

Share your experiences — the good, the bad, and the frustrating.

Dating apps have helped me meet people I never would’ve met otherwise, which is a real positive. But they can also be exhausting — the swiping, ghosting, and lack of real connection can wear you down. Taking breaks and being intentional has helped me avoid burnout. Curious how others feel about them.
